You consult directly with your treating dentists in English, native Persian/Farsi (with Dr. Surur Ulubey), Azerbaijani, and Turkish. You discuss your X-rays, medical history, and aesthetic expectations directly with the doctor who will treat you—without translation agencies or sales brokers in between.
Treatment duration depends on your individual procedure: Cosmetic treatments such as E.max veneers and zirconia crowns typically require a single visit of 5 to 7 days. For dental implants, two visits are usually required: for a single implant, about 4 to 5 days for placement, then about 3 to 5 days for the permanent crown; for a full arch (All-on-4 or All-on-6), about 4 nights for surgery and a fixed temporary bridge (usually the same day, provided the implants achieve enough primary stability for immediate loading), then 5 to 6 nights for the permanent bridge. Healing between the visits takes about 3 months, planned individually (about 6 months on average with bone grafting or an open sinus lift). Full-arch All-on-4 / All-on-6 immediate-load protocols can often provide fixed temporary teeth on day one, provided the implants achieve enough primary stability for immediate loading.
We utilize Dentsply Sirona Primescan intraoral scanners, eliminating uncomfortable traditional putty impressions. With the Formlabs medical 3D printers at our partner lab, customized high-precision temporary teeth are delivered in just 2 to 3 hours, helping keep tooth sensitivity to a minimum during your stay. For complex full-arch implant cases, we record the implant positions with Tupel photogrammetry to support passive fit, and every framework is checked chairside with the Sheffield one-screw test.
Yes. All eight implant systems we use (including Straumann, Medentika and Neodent) come with authentic manufacturer passports and the manufacturer’s lifetime guarantee on the implant fixture (manufacturer’s terms apply). Zirconia crowns and bridges made from Amann Girrbach material at our partner laboratory carry a 10-year fracture guarantee; E.max crowns and bridges carry our clinic’s own 5-year guarantee. All guarantees apply when you attend your recommended check-ups and cover the restoration itself, not the root canal or filling underneath. Crown and bridge guarantees exclude fracture due to bruxism (teeth grinding); patients who grind their teeth must wear the night guard we provide. Long-term implant success also depends on factors no dentist controls — smoking, uncontrolled diabetes and gum health — so we provide a clearly-scoped written guarantee with every treatment plan; a fixture guarantee does not mean every implant integrates.
