For many Iranians abroad, traveling to Antalya offers three things you may not find locally: a native Farsi-speaking dentist who understands your culture, a boutique clinic experience without the rush of large dental chains, and significant savings on premium treatments. Antalya is just 3 to 4 hours from most European cities, making the trip practical even for shorter procedures.

It depends on your treatment. A consultation with x-rays and cleaning may need just a long weekend. Most aesthetic treatments — veneers or smile design — take 5 to 7 days. Implant cases also need two visits: for a single implant, about 4–5 days and then about 3–5 days for the crown; for All-on-4 or full mouth restoration, about 4 nights and then 5–6 nights. Healing between the visits takes about 3 months, planned individually (about 6 months on average with bone grafting or an open sinus lift).

Prices in Antalya are usually lower than private fees in the UK or Germany, but the difference depends on the treatment, so we do not quote a fixed percentage. We use the same materials — Ivoclar IPS e.max ceramics, Amann Girrbach zirconia milling, Dentsply Sirona Primescan digital workflow — and the difference comes mainly from lower operating costs in Turkey, not lower quality. For most of our patients — those holding UK, US, Canadian, Australian, German, French, Dutch, Belgian or Austrian passports — Turkey is visa-free for tourist stays of up to 90 days (for most of these passports within any 180-day period). Ordinary Iranian passport holders are also visa-exempt for up to 90 days. Entry rules can change, so always check the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (mfa.gov.tr) or your local Turkish consulate before booking.

Both languages are available throughout your treatment, and Dr. Surur also consults in Azerbaijani Turkish. You can choose either Farsi or English at every step — consultation, treatment planning, follow-up — depending on what feels most natural to you.

Yes — many of our patients bring their spouse, children, or close family members. A partner hotel is next door to the clinic (about 30 m, a 1-minute walk), and many other hotels are 2–10 minutes away by car; our team can recommend options based on your stay length.

Our guarantees: manufacturer lifetime guarantee on the implant fixture; 10-year fracture guarantee on Amann Girrbach zirconia crowns and bridges made at our partner lab; 5-year clinic guarantee on crowns and bridges in other materials; 5-year guarantee on E.max veneers against fracture or debonding (excluding trauma and bruxism without a night guard). All are conditional on attending recommended check-ups and cover the prosthesis, not the root canal or filling beneath. Smoking, uncontrolled diabetes and gum health affect results, and a fixture guarantee does not mean every implant integrates.
