All-on-4 nedir ve nasıl çalışır?
All-on-4 diş implantları, bir çenedeki eksik veya kaybedilmek üzere olan dişlerin tamamının yerine, 12–14 dişlik sabit bir zirkonyum köprüyü desteklemek için yalnızca dört implant kullanır. Burada önemli olan implantların konumudur: ön iki implant dik, arka iki implant ise açılı yerleştirilir; bu yöntem çene kemiğinin ön bölgesindeki daha yoğun kemikten yararlanır, sinüsten (üst çene) ve sinirden (alt çene) kaçınır.
