ایمپلنت آل آن فور (All-on-4) چیست و چگونه کار می‌کند؟
ایمپلنت All-on-4 همه دندان‌های ازدست‌رفته یا غیرقابل نگه‌داری یک فک را تنها با چهار ایمپلنت جایگزین می‌کند؛ این چهار ایمپلنت یک بریج ثابت زیرکونیا با ۱۲ تا ۱۴ دندان را نگه می‌دارند. نکته هوشمندانه در محل کاشت است: دو ایمپلنت جلویی به‌صورت عمودی و دو ایمپلنت عقبی با زاویه کاشته می‌شوند. به این ترتیب از استخوان متراکم‌تر جلوی فک استفاده می‌شود و ایمپلنت‌ها از سینوس (در فک بالا) و عصب (در فک پایین) دور می‌مانند؛ در نتیجه بسیاری از بیماران از پیوند استخوان بی‌نیاز می‌شوند (پیوندی که در کاشت ایمپلنت به روش معمول لازم می‌شد).
