All-on-4-Zahnimplantate ersetzen alle fehlenden oder nicht erhaltungswürdigen Zähne eines Kiefers – mit nur vier Implantaten, die eine festsitzende Zirkonoxid-Brücke mit 12–14 Zähnen tragen. Entscheidend ist die Positionierung: Die beiden vorderen Implantate werden senkrecht gesetzt, die beiden hinteren schräg geneigt. So wird der dichtere Knochen im vorderen Kieferbereich genutzt, und Kieferhöhle (Oberkiefer) bzw. Nerv (Unterkiefer) werden umgangen. Deshalb brauchen viele Patienten keinen Knochenaufbau , wie er bei herkömmlichen Implantaten nötig wäre.

Nicht jeder Patient benötigt einen Knochenaufbau. Das hängt vom vorhandenen Knochen, der Anatomie, der Implantatplanung und den prothetischen Zielen ab – all das wird vor Behandlungsbeginn sorgfältig beurteilt.
Ja. In manchen Fällen kann im Rahmen der Behandlungsplanung eine provisorische Versorgung für den ganzen Kiefer eingesetzt werden, bevor die endgültige Versorgung fertiggestellt ist.

10. Was kostet All-on-4 in der Türkei?
In der Ulubey Dental Clinic in Antalya kostet eine fertige All-on-4-Versorgung ab ca. 4.120 € pro Kiefer mit Nucleoss-Implantaten, ab ca. 4.520 € pro Kiefer mit Neodent-Implantaten und 6.120–6.920 € pro Kiefer mit Straumann-Implantaten; beide Kiefer (ganzer Mund, Nucleoss) ab 8.240 €. Fertige Versorgung bedeutet vier Implantate, Multi-Unit-Abutments, festsitzendes Provisorium und endgültige 12-gliedrige Zirkonoxid-Brücke von Amann Girrbach. Den endgültigen Preis erhalten Sie nach der Untersuchung in einem schriftlichen Kostenvoranschlag.
11. Zahlt die Krankenkasse etwas für All-on-4 in der Türkei?
Die gesetzliche Krankenversicherung (GKV) erstattet Behandlungen im Ausland nach § 13 SGB V nur bei Leistungserbringern in der EU, im EWR oder in der Schweiz und höchstens in der Höhe, die sie für dieselbe Behandlung in Deutschland zahlen würde. Sie erhalten eine reguläre türkische Rechnung; auf Wunsch erstellt und unterschreibt die behandelnde Zahnärztin bzw. der behandelnde Zahnarzt einen aufgeschlüsselten Bericht über die durchgeführte Behandlung. Auch den Behandlungsplan sowie Röntgenbilder und Unterlagen, die Ihre Versicherung oder Ihr Finanzamt verlangen kann, stellen wir auf Wunsch bereit.
