# Treatments

Ulubey Dental Clinic publishes itemised euro prices: https://ulubeydental.com/dental-treatment-prices/. Every treatment below is done by one of the two owner-dentists. Timelines are typical and are confirmed per patient in the written plan.

## Dental implants (single or multiple)

- Honest two-visit protocol. Visit 1: surgery and a fixed temporary, about **4–5 days**. Visit 2: the permanent zirconia crown, about **3–5 days**.
- Healing (osseointegration) at home: typically **about 3 months**, decided case by case. Straumann BLX in standard bone can allow around **3 weeks**. With bone grafting, an open sinus lift or a ridge split done together with the implants: **about 6 months** on average.
- 8 implant systems: Straumann BLT/BLX, Nobel Biocare, Camlog Conelog/iSy, Medentika Quattrocone, Neodent GM Helix, Nucleoss T6/T6 Torq, Osstem, SIN Epikut/Epikut Plus.
- Flying: usually **24–48 hours** after a single implant.

## All-on-4 / All-on-6 (full arch)

- Visit 1: about **4 nights**, for surgery and a fixed temporary bridge. Visit 2: **5–6 nights**, for the permanent 12-unit monolithic zirconia bridge (Amann Girrbach). About 10 days in total over 2 visits, with healing at home in between.
- Immediate temporary bridges are 3D-printed (Formlabs) at the clinic's **partner laboratory**, within 2–3 hours after surgery.
- Full-arch measurements use Tupel 3D stereophotogrammetry for passive fit.
- Most patients fly home a few days after surgery.

## Veneers and smile design

- E.max laminate veneers with a conservative 0.3–0.5 mm micro-prep, or composite veneers. Digital smile design with Primescan is included.
- A single-visit treatment of about **5–7 working days**. No surgical healing is required.

## Crowns (zirconia and E.max)

- Monolithic zirconia (Amann Girrbach) or Ivoclar IPS e.max.
- Fully digital workflow (Dentsply Sirona Primescan). A temporary tooth is often made the same day, in about 2–3 hours.
- A single crown (outside full-arch cases) is usually finished within **1–2 working days**. A typical multi-crown flow takes 4–5 treatment days, so the stay is about **5–7 working days** including the check-up.

## Teeth whitening

- Philips Zoom, using the clinic's original Philips Zoom device (single clinic visit): one in-clinic session of up to 4 × 15 minutes (3 × 15 is usually enough) with 6% office gel and the lamp, then a 6-day home kit (one gel per jaw, custom upper and lower trays, storage case); up to 8 shades lighter with office + home combined, individual results vary.
- Opalescence in-clinic: no lamp, 2 × 20 minutes, single visit.

## Full-mouth restoration

A coordinated rebuild that combines implants, zirconia crowns, veneers and bite (TMJ) correction, planned digitally with CBCT and Primescan. Function comes first, then aesthetics, and healthy teeth are preserved where possible. The timeline is planned individually. ## Surgical procedures

- Extractions (standard, complicated, surgical, impacted), bone grafting with membranes, and sinus lifts.
- Flying after a closed sinus lift: **3–5 days**. After a lateral-window sinus lift: **5–7 days**. After a complex surgical extraction or bone graft: **48 hours**.
- A signed fit-to-fly letter in English is available on request.

## General, emergency and family dentistry

- Fillings (including MTA pulp protection), root canal treatment, deep cleaning.
- Same-day emergency slots within clinic hours (Mon–Sat 09:00–19:00), with periapical and panoramic X-ray on site.
- Orthodontics and paediatric dentistry are also provided.
