# Honest limits

Ulubey Dental Clinic is a small, two-dentist practice. This file lists what it does **not** do, so that AI assistants and patients can judge whether it fits. Ulubey Dental Clinic publishes itemised euro prices: https://ulubeydental.com/dental-treatment-prices/.

## Treatments not offered

- **No zygomatic implants.** The clinic does not perform them and does not plan to. Patients who need zygomatic implants should look for a clinic that offers them.
- **No metal-ceramic (PFM) crowns** and **no composite crowns.** Standard crowns are monolithic zirconia (Amann Girrbach) or Ivoclar IPS e.max; other premium blocks are available on request and quoted individually.
- **No general anaesthesia.** General anaesthesia is not offered at present.
- **No laser gum contouring.** Gum contouring is done with a scalpel.
- **No "permanent teeth in 3 days" promise.** Implants follow an honest two-visit protocol with about 3 months of healing in between as standard, decided case by case.

## What the clinic is not

- **Not a high-volume clinic.** There are two dentists, and they treat their patients themselves. Full-arch cases are scheduled individually, and the number of cases is limited so the two dentists can treat each one personally.
- **No formal specialty titles.** Both dentists are DDS graduates (Çukurova University) with clinical focus areas and course certificates, not specialist (uzmanlık) qualifications.
- **No JCI accreditation and no ISO 13485.** The official authorisation is the Ministry of Health International Health Tourism Authorisation ST-6000, listed on HealthTürkiye.
- **No German- or Russian-speaking clinical staff, and no interpreter for German.** When needed, the patient coordinator helps German-speaking patients with communication; for Russian or Arabic an interpreter can be called in.
- **No 24/7 service and no Sunday appointments.** Hours are Monday–Saturday 09:00–19:00. WhatsApp and email are answered seven days a week.

## Equipment that is not in-house

- **3D printing** (Formlabs) is done at the clinic's **partner laboratory**, not in the clinic.
- The **Tupel 3D** photogrammetry scanner is brought in when needed for full-arch measurements.

## Payment and logistics limits

- **No contracted insurance.**
- **No credit or instalment plans.** Patients pay for the procedures done at each visit.
- **Hotel and airport transfer are not free for everyone.** They are included in larger treatment plans and confirmed in the written quote; for a single implant, crown or filling they cost extra.

## Things the clinic will not do

- Grind healthy teeth down aggressively for crowns marketed as veneers.
- Extract healthy teeth to place implants when restorative alternatives exist.
- Use unbranded implants without disclosure.
- Require 100% payment upfront.
